Our team has achieved an outstanding result on the 2D reprocessing of the Kwanza 2D onshore data. This project is an initiative from ANGP and Geolander to improve the understanding of the basin from the existing data. Once the licensing round is concluded for the basin, companies will be able to benefit from a higher value dataset.
The data was last processed in 201. In 2022 Geolander designed a more robust processing sequence, resulting in a better definition of the geometry of the salt, fault system and pre-salt information. Similar exercise is expected to be conducted in other basins. Congratulations to all parties involved.
